Wall street saw gains for a second day after the Federal Reserve cut a key interest rate. Cutting rates should put those worried about the mortgage mess and the credit freeze which many think could lead to a recession.
Today the Dow was up by 76 closing at 13815.56, the NASDAQ was up 14.82 closing at 2666.48, and the S&P 500 was up by 9.25 closing at 1529.03.
