The tax breaks, which had expired, include popular deductions for state sales tax, higher-education tuition, and teachers' out-of-pocket spending on classroom supplies. These breaks were reviewed by Congress after the Internal Revenue Service, (IRS) published its 2006 tax documents and these breaks will not be included in the 2006 tax forms and instructions.
