A personal theory I always follow is " If I am receiving money then I should not have to pay for it". watch out for websites being disguised as government websites, if the link does not say .gov, chances are it is a scam.

Quickbooks, and Microsoft online Business Suite are really great software that not only does payroll but will handle the day to day transactions of your business and also your taxes.
